The Galway Neuroscience Centre (GNC) is a centre of excellence for interdisciplinary neuroscience research and education across the National University of Ireland (NUI) Galway, with the aim of developing and disseminating improved understanding of the nervous system, and improved diagnosis and treatment of nervous system disorders."Our knowledge of Neuroscience is continually being extended and revised by new experimental findings, arising from both clinical and preclinical investigations."
